PROJECT OUTLINE

What it’s like on a collaborative, fun Windwood commercial set

WINDWOOD will collaborate with IDEAL Concrete Block to produce a lifestyle-driven video campaign aimed at increasing brand visibility and engaging IDEAL’s core demographic. The project will center around a family of four and their dog, showcasing the seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living through IDEAL’s premium hardscape products. Filmed on a beautifully installed job site, the content will highlight key features such as the patio, pool area, fire pit, and natural stone walkway. WINDWOOD will manage the full scope of production, including concept development, storyboarding, shot sequencing, casting, and day-to-night coverage to ensure a rich, versatile visual narrative.

Deliverables will include a primary 45-second lifestyle commercial, as well as multiple cut-down versions in the 15–22 second range, optimized for use across product-specific website pages and social media platforms. Formats will be tailored for digital distribution and streaming use cases, including horizontal, vertical, and square layouts. The project will be filmed in high-resolution to ensure quality across all output channels. In addition to the lifestyle footage, WINDWOOD will explore incorporating existing archival content to tell a broader story of the IDEAL product life cycle and brand legacy. Throughout pre-production and post-production, WINDWOOD will remain an active creative and logistical partner to ensure the project aligns with IDEAL’s marketing goals and brand standards.

Additional Production Expenses

The following are expenses which Windwood will provide an estimate for, and negotiate for on the production’s behalf. While we can not guarantee each individual rate, we are providing a ballpark estimate based off of our extensive experience in securing actors and locations. At every point in the process we will be presenting these as options, and acting in the best interest of the production to secure them.

Actors - $500-$1,000/Per (Four actors required)

Craft Services - $250


Production cost: $10,000 - $12,000
Expenses: $2,250 - $4,250

Total Cost - $12,250 - $16,250

Deliverables
