PROJECT OVERVIEW

Windwood will work alongside the team at One Trusted Adult to create content centered around their current programs and products. Windwood will provide a full shoot day on November 26th, 2024, split between half a day in the studio and half on location, to capture direct-to-camera content, B-roll, and photos. The day will begin with the studio shoot, focusing on producing four 10-minute Parent Course videos. This will include the use of a green screen backdrop, a teleprompter, and light intro/outro graphic design. Windwood will ensure the content aligns with the look and feel of the current course videos by using the reference materials currently in use.

The second half of the day will take place at Bow High School, where Windwood will capture footage of One Trusted Adult products being used in a live environment. This will include filming the Ripple Journals, BeBold, and Pep Up Cards in action. From this footage, Windwood will create 1-3 minute videos for each product, as well as a combined "All Products" video. Additionally, updated headshots of Brook will be taken either in the studio or on location.

At the end of the project, Windwood will compile all B-roll footage onto a timeline with a basic color grade, making it easy for Em to splice together short social media videos. For voiceover, Windwood can either record with Brook in the studio or explore outsourcing the voiceover to professional talent.
