PROJECT OVERVIEW

Windwood is partnering with Christina and the team at Mass ALA to capture and create compelling content from their upcoming awards gala. Our goal is to highlight the event’s key moments, honorees, and the overall celebration through high-quality video production.

Windwood will provide a half-day shoot to capture essential footage, including speeches and B-roll of the event atmosphere. From this footage, we will produce a series of polished video deliverables:

  • Event Montage Video – A dynamic 5-minute highlight reel showcasing the gala’s energy, key moments, and attendee experiences.

  • Lifetime Achievement Award Videos – Two dedicated videos (long and short versions) featuring the acceptance speech and recognition of the honoree.

  • Award Winner Videos – Up to eleven engaging 60-second videos celebrating each award recipient’s achievements.

This content will serve to commemorate the event, promote future galas, and celebrate the outstanding individuals recognized by Mass ALA.

    Crew Size Dependent on Shoot Requirements

    • Audio/music sourcing

    • Basic logo/intro/outro graphic 

    • One revision (Note: This price includes one comprehensive revisions, which must be received within seven business days of delivered materials. Additional video production or editing services will be billed at an additional rate of $150.00 per hour.)
