Project Overview
Windwood will work closely with Zoe, Jessica, and the Marathon Sports team to capture, create, and publish timely content during the 2025 Boston Marathon activities taking place from April 16–22.
By tailoring the crew size and skill sets to match each day’s requirements, Windwood will ensure that all major events, from brand houses and athlete meet-and-greets to on-site activations and community gatherings, are covered in a dynamic and efficient manner.
Whether deploying a minimal crew for smaller activations or a larger team capable of producing real-time content and same-day edits, Windwood’s flexible approach will give Marathon Sports the ability to highlight each day’s most compelling activations while staying aligned with their overall marketing goals and budget.
This collaboration is designed not only to document the excitement of Marathon Weekend but also to generate valuable content that can be repurposed for future promotion and brand partnerships well beyond race week.

Five Pointz Golf//ADIDAS//Extra Butter Open
Working as an integrated media team, we partnered with Extra Butter, Five Pointz Golf, and Adidas to capture the inaugural Extra Butter Open golf tournament. Our crew documented key moments throughout the event, from influencer appearances to golf pros showcasing their skills through demonstrations and tournament play. By combining cinematic storytelling with real-time coverage, we delivered high-quality content that highlighted the energy, competition, and brand activations that defined the event’s success.
Tivoli Audio//Boston Calling
At Boston Calling, we partnered with Tivoli Audio to showcase their Orange Stage and product activation space, delivering dynamic, high-impact content in real time. Our team provided day-of social coverage, ensuring Tivoli Audio’s presence resonated across digital platforms as the event unfolded. Additionally, we produced a polished recap of photo and video media, enhancing their marketing assets for year-over-year event amplification. Through compelling storytelling and strategic content creation, we helped Tivoli Audio extend the reach of their brand beyond the festival grounds, solidifying their connection with music lovers and audiophiles alike.
Four Seasons Sotheby’s
With a dedicated team of five on-site media professionals, we efficiently captured and delivered high-quality event recap photo and video content on a tight turnaround. Our streamlined coordination ensured that key moments were documented and quickly transformed into compelling visuals, providing Four Seasons Sotheby’s with polished media assets for immediate and future marketing use.
Dean Phillips Presidential Campaign
Supporting a sitting congressman’s entry into the 2024 Presidential Race in New Hampshire, our media team played a critical role in shaping the campaign’s digital presence. With on-site editors and overnight content delivery, we produced high-quality media that became the foundation of the campaign’s social, YouTube, and television advertising efforts.
Despite starting as a relative unknown, Dean Phillips saw a rapid rise in recognition, securing 20% of the primary vote in New Hampshire within just a month of launching his fast-paced campaign.
