PROJECT OVERVIEW

Windwood will work with Chuck and the team at Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty to produce two impactful video production projects for their upcoming all-company meeting in Saratoga Springs, NY. Our goal is to create high-quality, cinematic video content that reflects FSSIR’s brand values, inspires their agents, and visually reinforces their leadership in the luxury real estate market.

Project 1: "Unbridled" – A Sizzle/Hype Video (1:00–1:30 min)

  • A high-energy, cinematic video designed to motivate and engage FSSIR realtors at their all-company meeting.

  • The video will mix dynamic footage of a jockey preparing for a race with real estate industry action shots, symbolizing the relentless drive and ambition of FSSIR agents.

Project 2: Event Coverage – Saratoga Springs (2 Full Days On-Site)

  • Capturing Photo and Video of the event, including key speakers, attendees, networking moments, and activities.

  • B-roll of the surrounding town (Saratoga Springs) for branding purposes.

  • Drone footage to enhance the production value.

  • Staged professional photography for attendees.

  • Final Deliverables:

    • One (2:00 min) Event Recap Video

    • Two to Three (15-30 sec) Social Media Clips

    • 300 Edited Photos for their internal selection

    • Archival Version of All Speeches


WORK EXAMPLES


Project 1: "Unbridled" Sizzle Video

Concept & Execution

The "Unbridled" video will visually align FSSIR’s drive, ambition, and leadership in the real estate industry with the legacy of horse racing in Saratoga Springs. The production will blend two core elements:

  • Jockey Storyline:

    • A jockey preparing for a race (tightening gloves, adjusting saddle, breathing deep).

    • Pre-race tension and preparation - capturing the thrill and focus before a race.

  • FSSIR:

    • Agents in action—closing deals, showing homes, meeting with clients.

    • Stunning drone footage of FSSIR’s core territories (Vermont, New Hampshire, Upstate NY).

    • High-energy editing and transitions to connect real estate success with the race metaphor.


Option A

Stock Footage Integration

  • 1-Day On-Site Filming of real estate agents, homes, and brand imagery for integration.

  • Leveraging high-quality stock footage of horse racing, seamlessly blended with real estate and agent shots.

  • Maintaining the same cinematic energy, messaging, and editing style as Option A.

Estimate: $5,000


Option B

Custom Cinematic Shoot

(Same as option A plus the filming with horse and jockey)

  • .5 Day On-Site Filming of horse and jockey at a local stable.

Estimate: $8,000 - $9,000


Timeline

  • Pre-Production (1 week): Concept finalization, scripting, location scouting, casting (if applicable).

  • Filming (Option A: Agent B-Roll Only) (Option B: 1-Day Jockey Shoot + Agent B-Roll)

  • Post-Production (2 weeks): Editing, color grading, sound design, motion graphics.

  • Final Delivery: April 1, 2025 (One week before the event).


Project 2: All Company Meeting Recap

Scope of Work

Windwood Productions will provide comprehensive coverage of FSSIR’s All-Company Meeting over two full days, capturing the energy, engagement, and key moments of the event.

On-Site Production Team:

  • Producer/Drone Pilot (Overseeing production, capturing aerial footage).

  • Camera Operator (Capturing keynote speakers, event activities, and real estate footage).

  • Photographer (Delivering 80-100 high-quality photos for internal use and marketing).

  • Audio/Production Support (Ensuring clear, professional sound recording).

Deliverables:

  • One (2:00 min) Event Recap Video – Showcasing the best moments of the event.

  • Two to Three (15–30 sec) Social Media Clips – Short-form videos for social platforms.

  • 300 Raw & Edited Photos – Capturing attendees, speakers, networking, and branded moments.

  • Archival Version of All Speeches

Production Timeline

  • On-Site Filming: April 7–8, 2025

  • Post-Production (2 weeks): Editing, sound design, and final revisions.

  • Final Delivery: April 30, 2025
