WHO IS WINDWOOD?

Windwood Productions is an upbeat, professional video production company with a studio and office in downtown Concord, New Hampshire. We specialize in helping businesses and professionals create video and marketing content to drive growth, engagement, and action with their target audience.

PROJECT OUTLINE

WINDWOOD will collaborate with Anchour and Marden’s to produce engaging brand awareness content for the "Where’d You Get It" campaign. The project includes assistance developing two variations of the concept: one featuring a sister duo in an indoor setting and the other showcasing a brother-in-law duo in an outdoor environment.

WINDWOOD will provide full production support, including storyboarding, talent sourcing, and securing VO for the closing end card - as well as being a resource throughout the pre production, and post production process to ensure all timelines and deliverables are achieved at a high standard.

Deliverables will include a primary 30-second ad, additional cut-down versions in 15- and 6-second formats, and fully edited content tailored for paid advertising and social media platforms. (Formats can include; Horizontal, Vertical, Square, 5x4, and Television specifications requested by any media stations) This project will be filmed in 4.6k resolution to fit a range of content output options.

Additional Production Expenses

The following are expenses which Windwood will provide an estimate for, and negotiate for on the production’s behalf. While we can not guarantee each individual rate, we are providing a ballpark estimate based off of our extensive experience in securing actors and locations. At every point in the process we will be presenting these as options, and acting in the best interest of the production to secure them.

Location - $2,000-$2500

Actors - $1,000-$1,500/Per (Four actors required)

Craft Services - $500

Transportation - $500-$1000 (Transporting cast/crew, and potentially items from Marden’s to selected location)

Lodging - $1000 (We will attempt to place any cast that needs lodging in the location we have selected)

Production cost: $20,000 - $25,000
Expenses: $8,000-$11,000

Total Cost - $28,000 - $36,000
