OVERVIEW

Windwood will work with Ian and the team at Yankee Publishing to supply production services and rough post production to capture and edit eight episodes of the show Weekends With Yankee. Each episode will require two days of production, and will include on site video, audio, and drone services. All production days will take place within New England.

Windwood will provide a director of photography, dedicated audio personnel, as well as provide equipment including camera, audio, and drone to capture all required media at a high-quality.

Windwood will also provide rough post production services and provide eight (8) twenty two minute long rough edits.

PROJECT ESTIMATE

  • Development ($2000)

    • While Windwood will not be providing pre-production services, we will allow for up to 2 hours per shoot for crew scheduling and logistics, drone waiver approval, and equipment allocation.

      • Crew Scheduling

      • File Management

  • Video Production: 16 Shoot Days ($48,000)

    • 1 Camera Operator/DP

    • 1 Camera Assistant

    • 1 Production Assistant

    • 1 Audio Engineer

  • Post Production: Eight (8) 22 minute episodes rough ($50,000)                                                            

    • Video Editing 

    • Audio/Music Sourcing

    • Basic Logo Graphic 

    • One revision (Note: This price includes one comprehensive revision, which must be requested within seven business days of receiving the delivered materials. Additional video production or editing services will be billed at $150 per hour.)

  • Additional Expenses:

    Mileage: .70/mile
    Meal Per Diem: $20/meal/person ($200/Day for crew)

  • Production Rentals ($12,000)

    • Total Season Incidental Budget
