OVERVIEW

Windwood Productions will collaborate with Alene Candles to produce a refined library of photography and cinematic video content that captures the company’s Efficient Artisanship—the perfect balance of craftsmanship, chemistry, and precision manufacturing.

The goal is to create visually engaging assets that reflect Alene’s commitment to quality, innovation, and U.S.-based production. These visuals will anchor the new website while also serving as evergreen marketing and recruitment content for years to come.


PRODUCTION OVERVIEW

Filming and photography will take place across three Alene facilities:

  • Milford, New Hampshire

  • New Albany, Ohio – Facility 1

  • New Albany, Ohio – Facility 2

Each location will include one full production day focused on capturing authentic, detail-rich visuals of Alene’s operations, products, and people at work.

Content Focus

  • Facility exteriors and production floors

  • Equipment, tools, and precision processes

  • Wax formulation and lab testing

  • Packaging, labeling, and gift set assembly

  • Warehouse and distribution operations

  • Team activity, craftsmanship, and scale of production

B-Roll Capture

Cinematic visuals that highlight the artistry and precision within Alene’s manufacturing process—from wax pouring to packaging and shipping.

Photography

A full library of high-quality stills covering people, process, and product with a clean, consistent visual tone suited for web and marketing use.

DELIVERABLES

  1. 2–3 Custom Header Videos (30–60 seconds each)
    Designed as looping hero visuals for Alene’s new website and digital channels.

  2. 100–150 Edited Photos
    Professional imagery highlighting Alene’s facilities, craftsmanship, and product output.

  3. Curated Media Archive
    Organized footage and photography library for future marketing and recruitment use.

TRAVEL & EXPENSES

Travel expenses—including flights, lodging, transportation, and equipment shipping—are not included in the project estimate and will be billed separately based on actual costs incurred. Windwood will optimize travel and crew logistics to maintain quality and control costs.
